Join In the Funny Peelings Stop-Motion Animation Workshop

Today we have the fabulous Claire from Small World Animations with us. She is right now helping children to create their own crazy characters from fruit and veg and then bring them magically to life!

Furry Face Challenge Clip

Hello Gigglers, how have you all been?  I really have missed you and all of our Gigglefest jolly jokes and japes over the past few weeks.  So what have you all been up to then?  My trusty assistant Beryl and I have taken a few weeks off for a well-deserved rest – Beryl plumped for a caravan mini break in Clacton with her poodle, Kiki, whilst I jetted off (alone) to my holiday home in Menorca.   But don’t say that I always go away and never bring you anything back – and no, it’s not an ‘Amanda Cadabra went to the Balearics for a fortnight and all I got was this rubbish t-shirt’.  It’s so much better than that – it’s a Foxy Bingo clip!  For those of you who witnessed the frenzy of choux pastry and furr that was ‘The Furry Face Challenge’, you must surely agree that it will go down in Gigglefest history as the silliest competition yet to be staged (I mean, it was so much sillier AND messier than the Cruchie-bobbing round in last year’s Chocolate eating competition and that was hilarious!) So sit back and enjoy a cream-covered morsel from the Gigglefest archive as Lucy and Dave go head-to-head (or should that be beard-to-beard?)  in a fight to the death… of an eclair!

It’ll be all White on the Night/Afternoon

Hello Gigglers, it’s a rather tired and emotional Amanda Cadabra here with a final live report from Gigglefest 2012.  Having almost recovered from the manic Foxy Bingo, it was time to welcome Chris White to the stage to play the final performance of the week.  The crowd were in fine voice (which is always good news, I can’t stand anyone off key) so we cranked the PA up to 11 and blasted “We Will Wok You” throughout the library.  The only thing faster than Chris’ mouth is his felt tip pen and he raced us through every riotous rhyme and deranged ditty with an accompanying array of fantastic cartoons.  I’m exhausted. I’ve instructed Beryl to have a deep Radox bath and a large Horlicks ready for my return.  We will continue to post our films and photos in the coming weeks so please pop back and see us on here again.  And be sure to leave us a comment, we’d love to hear what you thought of the shows.  So that’s all from me, for now at least.  This has been Amanda Cadabra, reporting for Gigglefest.  Keep giggling! xxx
